We have created a process for renting a property in seven steps. We put strong emphasis on the 1st step of learning the preferred requirements of the client and to match the expectations. This can save a lot of time, prevent annoyances and will resort into an efficient and targeted approach. All the above listed issues will be dealt with in one or more of these steps.
The steps are:
1 – Requirements
Clearly define the requirements of the client and match the expectations of the steps to make.
2 – Long list
Long list with properties. A search will be conducted to compile a list of properties that fit the requirements.
3 – Touring
Touring of the properties selected from the long list.
4 – Short list
Short list. After touring the selected properties a preferred choice might arise of one or more properties. If not, more properties will be added to the selection and toured.
5 – Final choice
Final choice (preferably with a back up option) and engaging into the negotiation process.
During this stage the title documents and other relevant papers will be reviewed. The S1 consultant will solely act on behalf of the client’s interest.
6 – Signing
Securing the property. Once the terms and conditions are agreed on the final signing of the lease agreement can take place.
7 – Moving in
Moving into the property.
