3G and 4G-internet is present in Kyiv, but 4G-internet is not available everywhere. Major hotels and restaurants have wifi. In case your organization does not provide you with a sim card, mobile phone and internet package than it is very easy to get one from the main providers (Kyivstar, Life and Vodafone).

It is very easy (without any identification) to purchase a sim card with internet package. The sim card can be uploaded with credit through the scratch card (available in many places). The price is approx 1-2 USD for the sim-card and up to 4 USD with a fair amount of internet data streaming. Most expats use between $4 up to $15(heavy users) per month.
