Terms and conditions

 

Confirmation of your reservation:

Once the one day’s rent has been received by S1 we will confirm your stay within the same day.

 

Full payment

Upon checking in into the premises the full amount (number of days x daily price) will be due and to be paid in cash

 

Check-in and check-out policy:

Check-in time is 13h00. Check-out time is 12h00

Early check-in or late check-out is dealt with upon request.

 

Cancellation policy

In case an apartment will be cancelled 20 days in advance you will be entitled for a full refund (one days advanced payment).

10 days prior to the reservation an apartment can be cancelled with loss of the one days advanced payment.

Less than 10 days in advance an amount of 50% will be due over the total period of reservation.

 

Rates:

All rates are per apartment per night. The price is quoted in US dollars but payable in UAH at the Ukrainian Central Bank currency exchange rate.

Rates are inclusive of utilities (water, gas and electricity), telephone (local calls only), satellite television and cleaning.
